What to expect
If you’ve never done yoga before (or think you’re “too stiff”), you’re in the right place.
No experience needed. No need to be flexible. You don’t need to be fit to start.
If you can show up, you’re qualified.
What to Bring/Wear

Wear underwear and comfortable longer shorts that stretch well (footy shorts aren't appropriate!)
In the Class
Everyone is there for the same reason: to move better and keep their body working. Expect a strong, practical session focused on:

Everything is clearly explained. You’ll be shown options for every movement, so you can work within your limits and still get a solid workout.
