Why Yoga for Tradies & Blokes?
Early on, we had young tradies on our worksite — strong, fit, and seemingly invincible. Long days, heavy lifting, early starts… no worries. I recognised that mindset. I’d lived it myself.
As the job went on, different tradies came through. Blokes who’d been on the tools for years. Good operators, but carrying injuries. Stiff backs. Shot knees. Limited movement. Simple things like walking or climbing ladders looked hard.
That’s when it really hit me.
If your body is your livelihood, what happens when it starts breaking down?
Built on Yoga was created to help tradies stay on the tools longer, move better, recover faster, and avoid the breakdowns that take blokes out of work altogether.
No chanting. No mirrors. No pressure.
Just practical strength, mobility and breathing, delivered in a non-threatening space, with other blokes who get it.
