Yep, I’m a chick. And yep, I teach yoga to blokes.
So why create yoga classes specifically for tradies?
For most of my adult life, I’ve trained hard. In my 20s, I worked hard, lived on little sleep, smashed workouts, and thought my body was bulletproof. In my 30s, I got smarter. I cleaned up my nutrition, reduced the wear and tear, and learned how to actually look after my body instead of just punishing it.
Now in my late 40s, I move better, feel stronger, and recover faster than I ever did back then. Not because I train harder, but because I train smarter.
The real turning point came during our house renovation...
